	Cinevation is managed by a team of experienced executives who are skilled at developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies for our clients.
	David Krynauw manages the business and is a Marketing and Economics graduate who has spent 11 years with advertising agencies as Group Account Director; 5 years as Marketing Director of a cinema exhibitor and movie distributor which represented studios including Buena Vista International, Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox and a number of larger independent distributors; and 10 years in various roles as Managing, Commercial and Marketing Director in the cinema advertising industry. He has a clear understanding of the operational and management issues facing the cinema exhibition and distribution industry and extensive experience in creating and implementing cinema/movie marketing campaigns resulting in record breaking box office figures. Carmen Cavell is the Operations Manager. Carmen has more than 30 years experience in cinema advertising and was responsible for the set-up and management of the Pearl & Dean administrative division including the advertising production department. When the Greater Union contract was assigned to Val Morgan Carmen joined them in their administrative department and became their Operations Manager. Carmen is an experienced manager who loves the industry and has a very “hands-on” style of working.		Tony Booth runs our customer service and sales team nationally. Tony is a Business Management and Accounting graduate with over 11 years experience in media sales. Prior to this Tony was involved in the operations management and marketing of a successful retail chain in New Zealand. Having spent time on both sides of the fence and experience running his own business operation has given him a strong perspective of our clients’ needs. Tony, like all of us, has a strong passion for the movie business and understands what makes it such a unique and engaging medium to communicate with a captive, receptive, attentive and positive local audience with impact. Mondi Lau is our Accountant. She has a Masters of Accounting from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney. Her experience of all forms of accounting makes her the ideal person to manage all our accounting and financial functions.
